Solution

• Step 1: The animal warrior models were reviewed before printing, and areas such as the ears, tails, backpacks, armor plates, small weapons, hands, feet, and low-poly surfaces were checked for manufacturability.
• Step 2: Full-color material settings were assigned to different character areas, including the fur patterns, armor colors, weapon parts, backpack texture, facial markings, and soft translucent-looking sections.
• Step 3: Support structures were generated around the ears, tails, arms, weapons, backpacks, and overhanging armor details to keep the small features stable during PolyJet printing.
• Step 4: The figurines were produced with PolyJet 3D printing, where photopolymer materials were jetted and UV-cured layer by layer to form the full-color characters and their low-poly details in one integrated process.
• Step 5: After printing, support material was carefully removed from the weapons, armor edges, tails, ears, and backpack areas while keeping the intentional low-poly surfaces intact.
