Solution
- Step 1: The 3D digital model of the guitar panda was designed and optimized for full-color output, ensuring that all texture maps and color gradients were properly embedded in the file.
- Step 2: The prepared digital file was sliced into ultra-thin cross-sectional layers and transmitted to the full-color WJP 3D printer.
- Step 3: Liquid photopolymer resins in cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white were selectively jetted onto the build platform through hundreds of tiny nozzles on the print head.
