Solution

• Step 1: The digital CAD files of the eVTOL concept were optimized, split into individual assembly components, and sliced into microscopic layer data using specialized 3D printing software.
• Step 2: All structural parts, including the main fuselage capsule, ducted fans, and interior lounge elements, were printed layer-by-layer from a high-fidelity liquid photosensitive resin using advanced Stereolithography (SLA) technology.
• Step 3: The freshly printed components were thoroughly washed in an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) bath to remove residual liquid resin, after which they were placed into a specialized chamber and post-cured under ultraviolet (UV) light to reach full structural hardness.
• Step 4: The temporary support structures were carefully removed from the cured resin parts, and all surfaces were meticulously wet-sanded by hand with progressive grits of sandpaper until every visible layer line was completely eliminated.
• Step 5: A premium surface primer coat was applied to the sanded components to ensure optimal paint adhesion, and precision masking tape was utilized to map out the clean boundaries for the multi-colored layout.
• Step 6: Professional-grade automotive paints were expertly spray-applied to the respective pieces, yielding a high-contrast gloss white and gloss black exterior shell, matte cream interior seats, metallic silver rotor blades, and a custom dark-smoke tint on the translucent resin canopy panels.
• Step 7: The “YUNZHI” brand logo and graphic elements were precisely transferred onto the designated side panel of the white upper body shell using a high-definition water-slide decal application process.
• Step 8: All finalized individual components—including the intricate micro-detailed interior console, the multi-blade fan assemblies, and the smoked glass enclosures—were carefully aligned and permanently bonded together to complete the premium presentation scale model.
