The winery wants to convince customers that the corn wine is totally made of the choicest corns, so they designed this bottle. 3D printing could produce realistic corns, not to say the ripe corn kernels revealed in the husk.
Solution
Step 1: The bottle is built with Rhino, and then exported as an STL file for SLA 3D printing. For a better printing result, we recommend printing it as a solid prototype in one piece.
Step 2: Arrange the parts in software and add necessary supports. Then 3D print them with SLA Generic Resin. The layer thickness we set is 0.05mm and we control the tolerance within 卤0.1 mm.
Step 3: When printing is completed, rinse the models with IPA and post-cure them with UV. Cut off all the supports, then polish with sandpaper.
Step 4: As requested by the client, we spray the parts with specified hex colors as the blueprints. Then cover them with acrylic clear oil.
