STPL3D signs MoU with NCAM for AM collaboration, in India AM Industry

Sahajanand Technologies Private Limited (STPL), an industrial technology development company, headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, India, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Centre for Additive Manufacturing (NCAM), in Hyderabad, Telangana. The move is intended to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between the two organizations. The MoU was signed by Rahul Gaywala, CEO of STPL3D, and Jaspreet Sidhu, CEO of NCAM.

Nano Dimension increases offer for Stratasys; fights off own takeover attempt AM Industry

With another somewhat unconventional public move, Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM) has submitted a revised offer to acquire Stratasys Ltd. (Nasdaq: SSYS) for $19.55 per share in cash (the previous offer was $18 per share and it had been turned down by Stratasys board. At the height of the 2013-2014 period, Stratasys stocks traded above $120 per share. At the same time, Nano Dimension has filed a lawsuit against its own shareholders, Murchinson Ltd. (“Murchinson”), Anson Advisors, Inc. (“Anson”), Boothbay Fund Management (“Boothbay”) and their affiliates, “for improperly acquiring and misusing their shareholding interests in Nano Dimension.” Nano Dimension also just reported full FY 2022 revenues of $46 million (Stratasys generated roughly 14 times as much).

Nippon Gases is latest company to join ColdMetalFusion alliance AM Industry

Nippon Gases, part of the global Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation is the latest company to join the ColdMetalFusion Alliance, which now includes multiple polymer PBF 3D printer manufacturers, a process developer and material expert (Headmade Materials), multiple post-processing experts (PRES-X and AM Solutions) and a sintering expert (Carbolite Gero). The gas expert company, providing gases to inert AM build chambers, aims to offer customers reliable industrial and specialty gas solutions and to work on reliable sintering standards together with the other member companies.
