As the end of year draws near, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for this unusual year. The survival & success of FacFox relies on the relationships we have built over the years, and we really wouldn’t be where we are without you. Over this year we have added staffs and new clients. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with, and for you. Our passion for helping our clients find the best solutions of making models and parts remains strong.
This year has been filled with a multitude of both challenges and victories. Every year is different but this one has been filled with more change than normal. Although the economic and international politic climate are evolving quickly, we have persevered together as a team and came out stronger. It has been reassuring to see how our colleagues have risen to meet every roadblock, while always looking out for all our clients.
We’ve published Insta3DP service in October. With the bulk upload and automative quoting functions, you can save the time of uploading multiple files, quickly select the materials for each model, and get instant pricing at one time. We made the improvements due to our clients’ kind suggestions.
Besides, to better fulfill the requirements of clients from all industries, we added four new materials this year:
- SLA Microscopic Resin: Capable of achieving ultra-high printing resolution (2µm-50µm) and printing tolerance(±5-25µm).
- SLA Black Tough Resin: Offer one more color choice for Tough Resin and the heat resistance is up to 90℃.
- SLA High-temp Resin-270℃: Endures at most 268℃, ideal for strong, stiff, high-temperature resistant composite parts.
- SLA Durable Resin: Somos® GP Plus 14122 mirrors production plastics like ABS and PBT.
During the pandemic of COVID-19, we tried our best to help our clients to overcome the darkest period. In April, we launched the COVID-19 Aid Program and collect the requests from hospitals in worldwide. Then we associated with Chinese 3D printing factories to donate batches of life-saving PPE. Besides, we freely sent one piece of medical mask in every package of your manufacturing order, and gave a 30% discount for all the COVID-19 related medical device.
In December, we randomly sent Christmas ornaments as gifts for our clients, which bore the best wishes for the new year.
As the end of year approaches we know there will be many challenges ahead. But we are so excited we all that 2021 has in store for us – enthusiasm and anticipation are building around new opportunities in all our locations worldwide. Stay tuned for more details in the new year.
