About Project
Some gifts are not meant to be expensive or grand—they are meant to feel personal. This set of custom cute animal gift figurines looks like it was created for someone who wanted a small, cheerful keepsake full of warmth. The collection includes a chick breaking out of its eggshell, two little duck characters holding gifts, a panda holding flowers, and another panda wearing a party hat while holding the number “23”. Each character feels simple at first glance, but together they tell a very sweet story about birthdays, affection, surprise, and celebration.
The charm of this project lies in the details. The yellow chicks have soft rounded bodies, orange beaks and feet, pink cheeks, glossy-looking eyes, and tiny props that make them feel alive. The pandas add a different kind of tenderness: one holds flowers like a gentle congratulation, while the birthday panda turns the whole set into a more specific memory. With WJP full-color 3D printing, these colors and expressions could be produced directly from the digital model, so the finished pieces did not depend on manual painting to create their personality.
For designers, gift brands, artists, and anyone developing custom collectibles, this workflow is perfect for turning emotional ideas into physical objects. Solution
- Step 1: The 3D models were checked before production, including the chick body shapes, eggshell edge, duck beaks and feet, panda faces, gift props, flower details, party hat, and number decoration.
- Step 2: The color data was prepared for WJP full-color 3D printing, so the yellow bodies, orange beaks, pink cheeks, black-and-white panda markings, flowers, gifts, and birthday elements could be reproduced directly from the digital files.
- Step 3: The figurines were printed with full-color photopolymer resin using WJP technology, where color materials were jetted and UV-cured layer by layer to build the complete multicolor parts.
- Step 4: Support material was removed after printing, and small areas such as the eyes, beaks, hands, flower petals, gift box, eggshell rim, and number detail were carefully cleaned.
- Step 5: The printed surfaces were lightly finished to soften remaining support marks while keeping the rounded character shapes and small decorative details clear.
- Step 6: The finished figurines were inspected as a full gift set, including color consistency, facial expression, prop details, surface cleanliness, and overall display harmony.
