The student named her creation “Miss possibility” and called the cartoon girl “popo”. These popo girls have different skin tones, hairstyles, and clothes, but have the same facial features. All the girls could be what they wanna be.
Solution
Step 1: Our engineers examine the 3D models carefully, and then give a quote based on the client’s requirements. For painting convenience, we help her split the figures into different parts.
Step 2: Add supporting structures. As requested, we 3D print all the parts with SLA Generic Resin. We set the layer thickness as 0.05mm.
Step 3: Cut off the supports and wash the prints with IPA. Post-cure them with UV, then remove the supports and sand the bumps.
Step 4: Spray the prints with putties and assemble them together. Paint the garage kits according to the blueprints offered by the client.
