The client has learned some basics of C4D and created these figurines for her boyfriend and his twin brother. The outcome was so nice that he even thought they were bought from boutique stores and picked based on their looks.
Solution
Step 1: Our engineers examine the 3D models carefully, especially whether the details exceed the minimum layer height, and help her split the models into heads, hands, feet, and the upper and lower body.
Step 2: Add supporting structures. As requested, we 3D print all the parts with SLA Generic Resin. We set the layer thickness as 0.05mm.
Step 3: Cut off the supports and wash the prints with IPA. Spray the prints with a prime after air drying. Polish to remove the marks.
Step 4: Try to assemble the parts together into figures. Paint the garage kits according to the blueprints offered by the client.
