About Project

The client found us via Etsy and was impressed by our ACNH amiibos, then she placed an order to custom a statue of her favorite villager, Bunnie. This was challenging work for us, because there was only one photo of the gesture she want, and we need to build Bunnie with her standing still pictures and imagination. The client really gave us a lot of help with her great painting skills and aesthetic feeling. Love every cooperation opportunity with Animal Crossing players!

Solution

• Step 1: Our designer built the 3D model of Bunnie with reference to some screenshots in the game offered by the client.
• Step 2: Add soluble PolyJet supports with materials that can let you create complex 3D printed parts and models with no restrictions on geometry.
• Step 3: Print the model with PolyJet 3D printer using Multi-color Resin.
• Step 4: Remove the supporting structure by rinsing the model with water and isopropanol (IPA).
