Whitney the wolf villager is also a star character in Animal Crossing. There is an accident after it's printed, the tail is broken because the connecting part is too thin. PolyJet full-color resin is a very brittle material. Next time we should thicken the animals' neck and make their tails assembly parts, which could be safer during transportation.

Solution

• Step 1: Our designer built the 3D model of Whitney with reference to some screenshots in the game offered by the client.
• Step 2: Add soluble PolyJet supports with materials that can let you create complex 3D printed parts and models with no restrictions on geometry.
• Step 3: Print the model with PolyJet 3D printer using Multi-color Resin.
• Step 4: Remove the supporting structure by rinsing the model with water and isopropanol (IPA).
