About Project

As Bing Dwen Dwen, the panda mascot took the 2022 Winter Olympics by storm, buying a stuffed Bing Dwen Dwen to take home became hard for people. One of our colleagues printed mini panda mascots as gifts with a Creality Ender-2 Pro FDM 3D Printer at home.

Solution

• Step 1: Our colleague downloads the 3D model from the Internet and after examination, the model is good enough for printing.
• Step 2: He arranges the parts in software and add necessary supports. Then 3D print them with FDM PLA. The layer thickness he set is 0.1 mm.
• Step 3: As you can see from the photos, the models before sanding are already quite smooth.
