About Project
This is our newly published black resin material. Compared to dark grey Somos Taurus material, it is covered with a layer of wax and has a smooth and jet-black surface.
Solution
- Step 1: We have a bunch of 3D models designed for material testing and just need to arrange the positions in the software. Necessary supporting structures are added.
- Step 2: 3D print the parts with the deep black resin material. Rinse the parts with IPA and then post-cure them with UV. Then break the supports and spray the parts with melted wax.
