Solution

  • Step 1: Designing the Model.聽The jet engine model was designed using CAD software. Each component was meticulously planned to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Step 2: Preparing the Printer.聽The FDM 3D printer was calibrated, and the appropriate PLA filaments were loaded. Different colors of filaments were selected to represent various sections of the engine.
  • Step 3: Printing the Components.聽The various parts of the jet engine, including the fan blades, combustion section, rear component, turbine blades, and the grey stand, were printed using the selected PLA filaments.
