Solution

• Step 1: Design Creation. The intricate designs of the Buddha statues were created using 3D modeling software. Each statue featured unique poses, hand gestures, facial expressions, and accessories like beads and headdresses.
• Step 2: Preparation of the SLA Printer. The SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printer was prepared by filling the resin tank with liquid photopolymer resin. The build platform was cleaned and calibrated to ensure precise printing.
• Step 3: Printing Process. The 3D models were sliced into layers and uploaded to the SLA printer. The printing process began, where a laser selectively cured the resin layer by layer to form the statues. The fine details, such as the folds in the clothing and the serene expressions on the faces, were meticulously formed during this stage.
• Step 4: Post-Processing. Once the printing was completed, the build platform was removed from the printer. The statues were carefully detached from the platform and placed in an isopropyl alcohol bath to remove any uncured resin.
• Step 5: Curing. The statues were then placed in a UV curing chamber to fully harden the resin. This step ensured that the statues achieved their final strength and durability.
  Support Removal. Any support structures used during printing were carefully removed using precision tools. The surfaces were smoothed to eliminate any marks left by the supports.
• Step 6: Detail Enhancement. Additional detailing was done by hand to enhance the intricate features of the statues. This included refining the facial expressions, hand gestures, and accessories to achieve a high level of craftsmanship.
• Step 7: Final Inspection. Each statue underwent a thorough inspection to ensure that all details were accurately reproduced and that there were no defects. The craftsmanship was evident in the fine details, such as the folds in the clothing and the serene expressions on the faces.
