Solution

• Step 1: The minimum details of these models were examined to ensure they could be printed successfully. For small models with delicate details or statues with high requirements for precision, they were always suggest printing them with DLP or LCD technology.
• Step 2: Necessary supports were added to the models, and the models were positioned properly in the slicer software. Then the models were 3D printed with LCD Durable Detailed Resin.
• Step 3: The models were rinsed with IPA and post-cured with UV. The supports were broken carefully with scissors. There were some remaining marks of the supports on the surface and the client agreed to polish it by himself.
