Solution

• Step 1: Design. A 3D model of a male figure was designed and split from the middel.
• Step 2: Preparation. The model was processed with slicing software for the SLA printer.
• Step 3: Printing. The printer was set up with SLA Clear Resin, and the model was printed layer by layer.
• Step 4: Cleaning. The printed mannequin was washed to remove excess resin.
• Step 5: Curing. The mannequin was UV-cured for durability.
• Step 6: Assembly. The halves were joined seamlessly.
• Step 7: Finishing. The surface was polished for clarity and sprayed with clear acrylic oil.
