Drones bring a lot of fun but they cost too much and break too easily. And some people will prefer having something unique, then 3D printing the frames will be a good choice. Depending on the motor you use, the infill of the central and the arms are different.
Solution
Step 1: The 3D model of the UAV frame only consists of two parts: the main part and the cover. As the client prefers durable frames, we set a 60% infill of the central part and a 80% infill of the arms.
Step 2: Arrange the placement and add support structures in the slicing software. 3D print the frame and the cover using SLA ABS-like Resin, which has accurate and durable features.
Step 3: Take out the prints and remove the supports with scissors and graters. Polish with sandpaper. Then spray with prime coat and color the parts according to the blueprints with an airbrush.
