About Project

To create a guide, implantologists combine intraoral scan data of a patient's dentition and anatomy of the patient's osteotomy from a CBCT or cone beam scanner.   • Step 2: Arrange the parts in the software and add necessary supports. Then 3D print them with SLA Formlabs Durable Resin. The layer thickness is set as 0.05mm and the tolerance is controlled in ±0.2%.
  • Step 3: When 3D printing process is completed, rinse the models with IPA and post-cure them with UV. Cut off all the supports, then polish with sandpaper.
