About Project

The 3D print dental study model shows beautiful anatomical detail. This precision allows for exceptional measurements, patient education, and laboratory collaboration. The color options allow clinicians to choose the shade that most clearly shows detail.

Solution

• Step 1: Arrange the placement of all the dental models in the software and add the supporting structures. Export the STL files into the SLA 3D printer.
• Step 2: 3D print the teeth model with SLA Generic Resin. The material offers optional layer heights of 0.05 and 0.1 mm, and the tolerance is 卤0.2%. It’s suitable for fine-detail models with smooth surfaces and complex designs with intricate details.
• Step 3: Cut off the supports, rinse with IPA, and polish by hand to remove the marks.
