About Project
The layer thickness our DLP 3D printer can print is 0.05mm and 0.1mm, full enough for printing such dental models with fine details and smooth surface. It only takes 30 minutes to print the complete teeth model. The total weight of the upper and lower teeth model is about 50g.
Solution
- Step 1: Check the STL files of the gum and teeth model, arrange the placement and add supporting structures.
- Step 2: 3D print the models with our desktop DLP 3D printers. Then rinse them and post-cure with UV.
- Step 3: Assemble the gum and teeth together.
