The fan blade is a prototype for a still-developing air purifier. In the meanwhile, it's an intelligent electric fan, the wind speed can be adjusted and the operation time can be set.
With our advanced SLA 3D printing and screenprinting techniques, it looks like a blade just removed from a brand new mass-produced fan.
As it's just used for appearance verification, the icons on the touch panel do not function.
Solution
Step 1: 3D print the fan blade using SLA Tough Resin(Grey). The hollow structure does not require supports.
Step 2: Break the supports by hand and rinse with IPA. Polish to remove the small marks. Then post-cure it with UV.
Step 3: Paint the panel in black and screenprint the icons.
