From the layer lines, you can tell the creepy skull lamp is 3D printed through FDM printing technology. The full-scale skull is hollowed inside, as well as the spinal column, so the wire and bulb can be installed in it.
Solution
Step 1: Examine the structure, adjust the wall thickness of the skull and the spine, so that the skull lamp can stand stably.
Step 2: Add supporting structure and then 3D print the lamp with FDM ABS M30, which can print a max size of 914 x 610 x 914 mm.
Step 3: Cut off the supports and polish with sandpaper to remove the marks.
Step 4: Assemble the skull and spine together with bulb, wire, battery and the wooden base, etc.
