About Project

During the Covid pandemic, the health care workers have to check the health QR code and nucleic acid test results of residents. For the convenience of examination, they designed the phone holder that has a perfect angle. FDM PLA is fully competent for this application.

Solution

• Step 1: Here we print the phone holders with FDM 3D printing technology using FDM PLA, which is the most cost-effective solution for this application.
• Step 2: Take the prints from the plane. Adding a raft or skirt would make this process easier.
• Step 3: Polish the prints manually with grater and sandpaper to remove the remaining marks.
