About Project

These 3D printed scale models are presented at the largest vehicle exhibition. They showed the progress made by our clients, also reflected our technology in model making. 3D printing is the best solution for making high-detailed exhibition models.

Solution

• Step 1: Each vehicle model is composed of multiple parts. As they are assembly models, all the parts need to be examined thoroughly. Sometimes we will suggest revising the models.
• Step 2: Arrange the placement of parts properly to print as many as parts in one batch. Add supports for the models with a bridge or overhang structure.
• Step 3: Print the models with SLA 3D printing technology or DLP 3D printing technology according to their dimensions and required resolution. For different printing technology, we use SLA Tough Resin and DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
• Step 4: Post-processing which includes support removal, post-curing, washing with IPA, post-curing, priming, painting, fine painting, UV coating, etc.
