About Project

Sima Xiangru was a Chinese musician, poet, and politician who was given birth in 179 BC and lived during the Western Han dynasty. We don't know why the 3D modeler made him riding a horse, looking like a general. But we admired his modeling skills.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineer checked the file, recommend a suitable material, then give the quotes of solid and hollow plans. The client choose the hollow one.
• Step 2: After the client made sure about size, material, the inner structure, and desired surface, we feed the STL file into a slicer software.
• Step 3: 3D print the models together with the necessary supports using SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 4: Take out the model from the platform, cut off the supports and rinse with IPA.
• Step 5: Pack the statue with thick foam and bubble wrap after post-curing process.
