Solution

• Step 1: A photo or a 3D scan of the original wall plaque was uploaded to facfox.com by the customer.
• Step 2: The image or the 3D model was converted into a printable file format by FacFox鈥檚 software.
• Step 3: The file was sent to a ColorJet 3D printer, which had a build platform and a print head with multiple nozzles.
• Step 4: The print head moved over the build platform and sprayed colored powder CJP Fullcolor Sandstone onto it, following the shape and color of the wall plaque design. The powder was bonded by a liquid binder that was also sprayed by the print head.
