Solution

• Step 1: Designing the Model. Initially, the design of the Minnan Gucuo house model was finalized using advanced CAD software, capturing the essence of traditional architecture.
• Step 2: Preparing the Printer.聽Subsequently, the SLA 3D printer was prepared, ensuring the build platform was properly calibrated and the resin tank was filled with high-quality photopolymer resin.
• Step 3: Printing the Model. The entire model, encompassing the base, walls, and rooftop with detailed hollowed patterns, was printed with SLA Generic Resin. The UV laser carefully cured the resin, constructing the complex structure in one continuous operation.
• Step 4: Post-Processing.聽Following the printing, the model underwent a post-processing phase where any excess resin was cleaned off, and the model was finished to achieve a smooth surface.
• Step 5: Painting the Model.聽Afterward, the model was painted by hand, with the exterior walls in white, the rooftops in orange, and the inner walls in light green, to mirror the traditional colors of Minnan Gucuo houses.
• Step 6: Assembling the Functional Parts.聽The rooftop, designed with an opening mechanism and a slot, was then assembled to add functionality to the model.
• Step 7: Quality Checking.聽The completed model was rigorously inspected to ensure that every aspect, from the fidelity of the print to the finish of the paint, met the highest quality standards.
• Step 8: Packaging.聽Finally, the model was carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transportation, ready to be delivered to customers or showcased in exhibitions.
