Solution

  • Step 1: Designing the Model. Initially, the design of the Minnan Gucuo house model was finalized using advanced CAD software, capturing the essence of traditional architecture.
  • Step 2: Preparing the Printer. Subsequently, the SLA 3D printer was prepared, ensuring the build platform was properly calibrated and the resin tank was filled with high-quality photopolymer resin.
  • Step 3: Printing the Model. The entire model, encompassing the base, walls, and rooftop with detailed hollowed patterns, was printed with SLA Generic Resin. The UV laser carefully cured the resin, constructing the complex structure in one continuous operation.
