Our client, a renowned bubble tea brand, wanted to capture the hearts of teenagers with a fresh and innovative marketing campaign. By combining their beloved snowman mascot with the enchanting allure of the zodiac, they've created a truly unique and captivating collection.

Each snowman character embodies the distinctive traits of a specific constellation, bringing a touch of cosmic charm to the world of bubble tea. From the adventurous Sagittarius snowman to the creative Aquarius snowman, these miniature masterpieces are full of personality and detail.

To bring these imaginative designs to life, we utilized our advanced SLA 3D printing technology. This process allowed us to achieve the intricate details and smooth surfaces required for such delicate figurines. The result is a collection of high-quality prototypes that perfectly capture the essence of each snowman constellation.

Solution

• Step 1: Designing the Model.聽The snowman king mascot, combined with the characteristics of the 12 constellations, was designed using CAD software. Each constellation variant was meticulously planned to ensure unique and recognizable features.
• Step 2: Preparing the Printer. The SLA 3D printer was calibrated, and the SLA Generic Resin was loaded. The printer settings were adjusted to achieve the desired level of detail and surface finish.
• Step 3: Printing the Components.聽The individual parts of the snowman constellation toys were printed layer by layer using the SLA process. The resin was cured with a UV laser to solidify each layer, creating highly detailed and accurate prototypes.
• Step 4: Post-Processing.聽Once the printing was completed, the parts were carefully removed from the printer. Excess resin was cleaned off, and the parts were washed in isopropyl alcohol to remove any remaining uncured resin.
• Step 5: Curing the Parts.聽The cleaned parts were then placed in a UV curing chamber to ensure complete hardening and to enhance the mechanical properties of the resin.
• Step 6: Assembling the Toys.聽After curing, the individual parts were assembled according to the design specifications. Any necessary adjustments were made to ensure a perfect fit.
• Step 7: Painting and Finishing.聽The assembled toys were then painted to match the color scheme of the bubble tea brand’s mascot and the corresponding constellations. Additional details were added to enhance the visual appeal.
• Step 8: Quality Inspection. The finished prototypes were inspected for any defects or imperfections. Any necessary touch-ups were performed to ensure the highest quality.
• Step 9: Packaging. The completed snowman constellation toys were then packaged in blind boxes, ready for distribution as part of the bubble tea brand’s promotional campaign.
