Solution

• Step 1: You can just send us the drafts and our designers can build the models for you. Or you can just ask for a quote with a completed STL file. Our engineer will check the file and revise the model to make it printable.
• Step 2: You鈥檒l still have to decide how the letters will be mounted. 3D printing the back is as simple as copying and pasting the face, but depending on the application or installation process, you can opt for CNC to create the back.
• Step 3: Also, you need to tell us in advance how they are illuminated in your mind. There are four basic types of channel letters you need to know: standard front-lit channel letter, halo-lit letter, front/back-lit channel letters, open face lit channel letter. The type you choose will determine the way we design and assemble the channel letters and signages.
