Solution

• Step 1: The character models were checked before production, including the ancient-style costumes, facial features, handheld flags, accessories, bases, and small decorative details.
• Step 2: The color data was prepared for WJP full-color 3D printing, so the robe gradients, skin tones, hair colors, flag graphics, and costume patterns could be reproduced directly from the digital files.
• Step 3: The figurines were printed with full-color photopolymer resin, where colored resin materials were jetted and UV-cured layer by layer to form both the shapes and the surface colors.
• Step 4: Support material was removed after printing, and thin areas such as flags, hands, hair ornaments, sleeves, and accessories were carefully cleaned to avoid damaging the small structures.
• Step 5: The figurines were coated with clear acrylic oil as requested, giving the characters a brighter glossy finish while helping the colors appear more vivid.
• Step 6: The finished batch was inspected for color consistency, flag readability, facial detail, costume pattern clarity, surface gloss, and overall display effect.
