Solution

• Step 1: The 3D models of the chopping board set and accessories were designed digitally with precise measurements.
• Step 2: The parts, including the board frame, drawers, grater insert, and knife, were 3D printed layer by layer using high-resolution resin printing technology.
• Step 3: After printing, the supports were carefully removed and each piece was cleaned to eliminate residual resin.
• Step 4: The surfaces were sanded and polished to achieve a smooth finish suitable for painting.
