Solution

• Step 1: Design Creation.聽The 3D model of Zhu Bajie was designed using Blender. His friendly and approachable look, including his round face, snout, floppy ears, traditional Chinese attire, and rake, was meticulously detailed.
• Step 2: File Preparation.聽The 3D model file was prepared for printing. This involved slicing the model into layers and generating the necessary support structures.
• Step 3: Printer Setup. The SLA 3D printer was set up with SLA Clear Resin. The printer’s settings were adjusted to ensure optimal printing quality for the detailed model.
• Step 4: Printing Process.聽The 3D model of Zhu Bajie was printed layer by layer using the SLA process. The clear resin was cured by a UV laser, solidifying each layer as it was printed.
• Step 5: Support Removal.聽Once the printing was completed, the model was carefully removed from the printer. The support structures were then detached from the model.
• Step 6: Post-Processing.聽The printed model was cleaned to remove any residual resin. This involved rinsing the model in isopropyl alcohol and curing it further under UV light to ensure complete hardening.
• Step 7: Sanding and Smoothing.聽The surface of the model was sanded to remove any imperfections and achieve a smooth finish. This step was crucial for preparing the model for dyeing.
• Step 8: Dyeing Process.聽The clear resin model was dyed pink to match Zhu Bajie’s lovable personality and love affair. The dyeing process involved submerging the model in a pink dye solution and allowing it to absorb the color evenly.
• Step 9: Final Curing.聽After dyeing, the model was cured again under UV light to set the dye and ensure the color was stable.
• Step 10: Detailing and Finishing.聽Any final details were added to the model, and a protective clear coat was applied to enhance the appearance and durability of the statue.
• Step 11: Quality Check.聽The finished Zhu Bajie statue was inspected for quality. Any necessary touch-ups were made to ensure the model met the desired standards.
• Step 12: Packaging.聽The completed statue was carefully packaged to protect it during transportation and delivery.
