About Project

We are excited to announce that our mascot Henry the fox now has a new job! It wears a new space suit and starts an adventure in the universe. The cyberpunk-style miniature is just printed with DLP resin and there are supports waiting to be removed.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of the model. As it is small and has delicate details, we always print models like it with DLP or LCD technology.
• Step 2: Add supports and arrange the placement in the slicer software, then 3D print them with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
• Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
