The qilin is a legendary hooved chimerical creature that appears in Chinese mythology. The client designed a steampunk-style qilin in metal military armor. DLP Ultra Detail Resin is fully competent for printing so many details.
Solution
- Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of these models. DLP Ultra Detail Resin is recommended for presenting models with delicate details or statues with high requirements for precision.
- Step 2: Add supports and arrange the placement in the slicer software, then 3D print them with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
- Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
