ExLattice has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program designed to nurture startups revolutionizing industries with advancements in AI and data sciences.
Autodesk added its suite of Netfabb tools to the Autodesk Fusion 360 software, which incorporates additive CAD, cost-projection and milling tools. Netfabb, a web-based subscription service, builds upon the Fusion 360 software by adding a parts library, additive system and material parameters and simulation software to the Fusion 360 package. Existing Netfabb subscribers will receive access to the Fusion 360 package included with their subscriptions.
3D Control Systems, an advanced manufacturing software solutions provider, is collaborating with HP to integrate the HP 3D Application Programming Interface (API) with 3D Control Systems’ additive manufacturing workflow software. The 3D API integration promises to increase workflow efficiency by allowing more direct data sharing between software and printer.
Xometry, a U.S. marketplace for on-demand manufacturing, launched an app for Autodesk Fusion 360 in collaboration with Autodesk. This integration enables users to get an instant price and lead time from Xometry without leaving Autodesk’s Fusion platform. The app is free and can be downloaded directly from the Autodesk Fusion 360 App Store.

Mogassam, a Delaware-based 3D printer manufacturer, has released DentCase, a DLP 3D printer designed for the dental industry. The system offers a complete workflow, with integrated dental CAM software and post-curing system. The machine is currently being showcased at the International Dental Show (IDS) 2019 in Cologne, which takes place from the 12th to the 16th March. Explaining its goals, the company has stated:
