10 Best 3D Models for Squid Game 3D Printing

If you haven’t heard about it by now, Squid Game is the most popular show ever on Netflix. The Korean drama is about a group of people who participate in a deadly competition held by a mysterious organization. The players compete in six children’s games in the hope of surviving them all to win almost $40 million (₩45.6 billion).

The suspenseful series is full of eerie and extraordinary items, like the famous giant doll (it’s on our list) and various masks. Even marbles are objects that cause unease!

In this article, we’ll be going over some of the best Squid Game models that you can 3D print. They’re perfect for Halloween decorations, costume parties, or other activities. For each model, we’ll go over what the object is, the designer, its popularity, and more. Keep in mind that, given the growing trendiness of the show, the number of makes, remixes, downloads, and likes is constantly increasing.

And if you’re a fan of the show or want to gift an item or two to a friend but don’t have a 3D printer, our 3D printing service can help you out! With a wide range of materials and finishes available, you’re bound to find exactly what you want.

Now, let’s see which models weren’t disqualified!

Invitation Card

Will you accept? (Source: TheDarkpif via Thingiverse)

You can’t play Squid Game without an invitation. With this 3D printable version, you can bring yours to this year’s Halloween party or any other fun event. The card features the same circle-triangle-square arrangement as the cards in the show.

You can make the shapes stand out by either using multiple color filaments during printing or painting them a different color afterward. Although printing this piece should be pretty straightforward, it might be helpful to know that the designer listed that they used a 0.2-mm layer height and 20% infill density.

Cookie Cutters (Purchasable)

Be. Very. Careful. (Source: AyaxReloaded via Cults)

The Dalgona cookie cutting game was an especially suspenseful game for the players, and you can make your own. They’re perfect for a Halloween treat or a game with friends (remember to use food-safe PLA). This project contains models that match the shapes seen in the show, including a circle, a star, a triangle, and an umbrella. The designer also states that you can use these cookie cutters on any cookie, not just true Dalgona cookies.

The creator of this design stated that they used a 0.16-mm layer height and a 0.4-mm layer width in their Cura slicer profile. They also indicated that they used a 20% infill density, but this shouldn’t really affect matters, as the models probably won’t contain any infill (only solid walls).

Front Man Mask

First up, this mask is modeled after the one the Front Man wears in Squid Game. The scary, low-poly-style mask looks best when printed in black, but users have also posted nice prints in other colors.

The design looks like the one from the show and includes two holes on each side to add a headband so that it’s easier to wear. There are also cross-pattern grill pieces meant to cover the eye slots in the mask, just like on Squid Game. You can also print a Squid Game-themed mask stand to keep your mask on display.

The designer listed a few of the print settings used to make this mask. These settings include a 20% infill density with a honeycomb infill pattern, a 0.1-mm layer height, with supports activated. They also noted that they printed the model in PLA.

  • Who designed it? DonDRWarlord
  • How printable/popular is it? This Front Man mask design has 11 Makes, 2 Remixes, and almost 8,000 downloads. So many users have successfully printed this model; you can too!

VIP Waiter Mask (Purchasable)

Keep your identity a secret, Jun-ho (Source: bstar3Dart via MyMiniFactory)

Although it’s not a free design and will set you back a little over $30, this mask is another great costume accessory. It was modeled after the VIP waiters’ masks from Squid Game, and, as seen in the image above, this mask features irregular curved extensions that cover the wearer’s face.

According to the designer, this mask is meant to fit a head with a width of 200 mm. You should be able to use the available side slots to attach a Velcro or elastic strap to keep the mask on your face. There are also two versions of the mask available, including one where the design is split into pieces and one full-part option.

The creator of this mask posted their own community print of the design as well as a few of the settings they used. The maker used a 0.3-mm layer height, a 5% infill density, and a 60-mm/s print speed. They also listed that they used a support overhang angle of 50 degrees, which ended up making the total print time around 11-13 hours.

  • How printable/popular is it? This Squid Game waiter mask has over 10,000 views and over 300 downloads (combined from both sources).

Soldier Mask

Someone’s got to clean up (Source: 눼이붜 via YouTube)

Next, this Squid Game soldier and employee mask is another great costume for enthusiasts. The mask only uses three main 3D printed components (lower half, upper half, and stopper piece) and is foldable just like in the show.

The project page also includes 3D printable stencils for a square, circle, and triangle, so you can make your mask even more like the real deal. For help with assembling, painting, and finishing this mask, you can check out the designer’s instructional YouTube video.

Unfortunately, there aren’t any printing tips available for this mask, so you’ll have to use your own settings. Be sure to keep in mind the potential retractions (based on the printing orientation) that will occur due to the many small holes in the mask.

VIP Animal Mask (Purchasable)

These VIPs may not be the best guests to have around (Source: bstar3Dart via MyMiniFactory)

Just like the previous selection, which was designed by the same user, this mask is also not free. Costing about $40, this VIP buffalo animal mask is a very detailed design, perfect for Squid Game enthusiasts who want to capture every detail from the show.

The mask is meant for a head width of 200 mm, but, unlike the previous design, it doesn’t seem to have any mask strap attachment features. Depending on your printer’s build area, you can download the design either as a collection of split-up elements or as one whole part. If you’d rather have a VIP mask of a different animal, you can find more options on the user’s Cults page.

A print, posted by the designer, shares a few great pictures of the mask. The maker listed that they used a 5% infill density, 0.25-mm layer height, and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. They also stated that they printed the part at a 90% scale factor, with a support overhang angle of 70 degrees and a print speed of 60 mm/s (around 26 hours total print time).

Chibi Soldier

This soldier isn’t as scary as the real deal (Source: Zhengks via Thingiverse)

Chibi characters are stylized Japanese toys with enlarged faces and short bodies. As seen in the image above, this Chibi-style Squid Game Soldier design is packed with detail, especially on the jumpsuit and weapon. This project also contains a base piece, which allows you to stabilize the bottom of your Chibi toy.

The designer listed a few of the specific settings used to make this character. These settings include no supports activated and a high-definition layer height (low value).

Giant Doll

Stand still! (Source: Suneta via Thingiverse)

If you’ve watched the first episode of Squid Game, you probably remember the creepy giant female doll. You can 3D print a scaled-down replica of this scary character, made of seven connectable parts. Splitting up the doll pieces not only allows you to print a larger version of the object on a printer with a smaller bed, but you can also paint each component to achieve a better look, as seen in the image above.

The maker of this doll design listed that they printed it with a 0.2-mm layer height and a 10% infill density. They also stated that they used PLA, PLA+, and ABS filaments to make the model with supports activated but no raft.

  • Who designed it? Zarulet34
  • How printable/popular is it? This giant doll 3D model has seven Makes, two Remixes, and over 5,000 downloads. No one has mentioned playing Red Light, Green Light with it yet (perhaps it’s best not to).

Shape Decorations

A more subtle way of showing off the love for the show (Source: zephirisack via Thingiverse)

If you’re looking for some Halloween decorations or if you just really like the show, these geometric outline models from Squid Game are a great option to 3D print. Not much explanation is needed for designs as simple as these, but it’s worth mentioning that the circle model has a sliced-off area to give it a flat bottom to stand on.

The designer recommends printing these shapes with a 0.2-mm layer height and states that you can scale them to whatever size you prefer. Unfortunately, no other printing information is provided, but it shouldn’t be too difficult to come up with settings given the simplicity of the parts.

Keychain (Purchasable)

A cute and fun spin (get it?) on the show’s symbols (Source: 小璇子の奇幻世界)

Next, if you’re a die-hard Squid Game fan, this keychain is for you. The model features a mini two-dimensional outline of the soldiers’ mask, which spins around the keychain’s circular frame. There are two versions for each shape.

There’s also a hole above the top of the mask part so that you can attach it to a ring. As the designer points out, you can enlarge this model to 120-200% in order to make the helmet spin faster.

To print the design, you can use some of the settings the maker listed on the project page, including a 10% infill density and a 0.1-mm layer height.
