[Upgrade] Max upload file size upgraded to 128MB

We have upgraded our file system and now you can upload up to 128MB per file!
No need to upload your big files to cloud drive and then paste the link in the note column 馃槈
Well, you might still need to if the file is gigantic(like 1GB), but much better than before, isn’t it?
