The cartoon cat miniatures are the design toys developed for children and young adults.
One is hiding in an opened courier box and moving silently, showing its face from one side of the box. The other one is sitting happily and holding its favorite food: a fish.

SLA 3D printing technology can achieve very good accuracy, surface finishes, and details. It's the most suitable technology we recommend for toy prototyping.

Solution

• Step 1: Check the 3D models and add supporting structures. Scale the models to our client’s desired dimensions.
• Step 2: 3D print the models in one piece with SLA Generic Resin (White), the build volume of which can vary from 5 x 5 x 5 mm to 1700 x 900 x 800 mm. And it can be translucent or transparent or painted with no restrictions, thus becoming the favorable material for printing fine-detail models with smooth surfaces.
• Step 3: Post-processing. Remove excess materials from the prints, wash them with IPA. There are many intricate details that need to be adjusted by hand.
• Step 4: The models are fine-painted by our seasoned painters, who can perfectly present the client’s ideas. The models are then applied with UV-oil to achieve a glossy effect.
