About Project

The vegetable dog, combined from the cabbage and a lovely dog, is created by Japanese illustrator @PonkichiM. He published a book of vegetable fairies to help kids learn vegetables in a funny way.
Our partner designer built the 3D model. It now can be freely downloaded on Thingiverse.

Solution

• Step 1: As the model has various details and a smooth surface, we recommend using SLA 3D printing technology.
• Step 2: After adding support structures and arrange the placement, we print the models in one batch using SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 3: Cut off the support, polish the model, and post-cure it with UV. The painting process is the most painstaking part. Our experienced painter perfectly reflects the gradient color of the cabbage and the dog.
