About Project
The client has ordered resin garage kits of the fairies they designed from the other 3D printing company and felt dissatisfied with the details. Then they turned to us and got the knowledge that DLP Ultra HD Resin is especially used for making the head or other delicate parts of a figure.
Solution
- Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of these models. For the head models with delicate details, we always suggest printing them with DLP or LCD technology.
- Step 2: Add supports and arrange the placement in the slicer software, then 3D print them with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
- Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
