About Project
3D printing enables us to shrink or enlarge the models to a scale we want. You can get a 110% size pram pod to put your Baby Yoda doll in it, or make a small-scale model with all the delicate details remaining.
Solution
- Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of the model. As it is small and has delicate details, we always print models like it with DLP or LCD technology.
- Step 2: Add supports and arrange the placement in the slicer software, then 3D print them with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
- Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
