If there is one part of the process you can focus on to immediately see results, it鈥檚 the proper treatment of your process water. Without the right integration of process water treatment and purification technologies, you risk scaling on pipes and the fouling of expensive equipment, increased organic growth, high total dissolved solids, and a host of other problems that affect the quality of the product and service life of your equipment.
MITSUBISHI was attending an international exhibition and planned to display a scaled-down version of their water treatment equipment model. SLA 3D printing and CNC machining technology are involved in making the model. The frames are CNC machined with aluminum, and all the rest parts are so intricate and printed with SLA Generic Resin. In post-precessing, the parts are well painted or plated with chromium. Then the tank is silk screen printed with the logo and company name.
