Solution

• Step 1: The 3D models of the furniture pieces were uploaded to FacFox’s website and an instant quote, a preview, and a delivery estimate were provided.
• Step 2: The models were checked for errors and optimized for SLA 3D printing by FacFox’s professional team.
• Step 3: The 3D models were sliced into thin layers and sent to the SLA 3D printer and printed with SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 4: The SLA 3D printer used a laser to cure liquid resin into solid layers, building the furniture pieces from bottom to top.
• Step 5: The printed pieces were removed from the build platform and washed with alcohol to remove excess resin.
• Step 6: The prints were cured with UV light to enhance their strength and durability, and painted with spray guns.
