We are thrilled to unveil our latest creation: a breathtaking 1.55m tall SLA 3D printed Pink Nine-tail Fox Resin Statue. This majestic creature, with its gentle smile and serene demeanor, exudes a divine aura. Its intricate fur, meticulously rendered in both white and pink, captures the essence of this mythical being.

To bring this colossal vision to life, we employed a meticulous process. Given the statue's substantial size, we strategically split the model into manageable parts, 3D printed each component with precision, and then seamlessly assembled them. The result is a truly awe-inspiring piece that commands attention.

Solution

• Step 1: Design Creation. The 3D model of the nine-tail fox, featuring white and pink fur, a graceful sitting posture, and a peaceful smiling face, was designed using Blender software.
• Step 2: Model Splitting.聽Due to the large size of the statue (1.55 meters tall), the model was split into smaller, manageable parts to fit the build volume of the SLA 3D printer.
• Step 3: Preparation of the Printer. The SLA 3D printer was prepared by filling the resin tank with SLA Durable Resin.
• Step 4: Printing the Parts.聽Each part of the model was printed layer by layer. The UV laser selectively cured the resin, solidifying it to form the desired shapes.
• Step 5: Post-Processing.聽Once printing was completed, the parts were carefully removed from the build platform. Excess resin was drained, and the parts were washed in isopropyl alcohol to remove any uncured resin.
• Step 6: Curing.聽The washed parts were then placed in a UV curing chamber to ensure complete hardening and to enhance the mechanical properties of the resin.
• Step 7: Sanding and Smoothing.聽After curing, the parts were sanded and smoothed to remove any layer lines and to achieve a seamless finish.
• Step 8: Assembly.聽The individual parts were assembled using resin adhesive. Care was taken to align the parts accurately to maintain the statue’s overall appearance and structural integrity.
• Step 9: Detailing and Painting.聽Additional detailing was done to enhance the texture and appearance of the fur. The statue was then painted to achieve the desired pink and white coloration, emphasizing the fox’s serene expression.
• Step 10: Final Curing.聽The assembled and painted statue was subjected to a final UV curing process to ensure all adhesives and paints were fully set.
• Step 11: Quality Inspection.聽A thorough quality inspection was conducted to ensure the statue met all design specifications and aesthetic standards.
• Step 12: Packaging.聽Finally, the completed statue was carefully packaged to protect it during transportation and delivery.
