Solution

• Step 1: Design Creation.聽The nail patterns and decorations were designed using 3D modeling software. Each design included reliefs of cute donuts, onigiri, and oden.
• Step 2: Preparation of the Resin. DLP Ultra Detail Resin was selected and prepared. The resin was poured into the vat of the DLP 3D printer.
• Step 3: Printing Process.聽The designs were uploaded to the DLP 3D printer. The printer projected UV light onto the resin, curing it layer by layer to form the nail pieces and decorations. This process was repeated until all layers were solidified.
• Step 4: Post-Processing.聽Once printing was completed, the printed objects were removed from the printer. They were then washed in a bath of isopropanol to remove any uncured resin.
• Step 5: Curing.聽The washed objects were placed in a UV curing chamber to ensure complete hardening of the resin.
• Step 6: Painting.聽A special, healthy paint was applied to the nail pieces and decorations. This paint was designed to be easily removable and safe for attachment to fingers.
• Step 7: Assembly.聽The nail pieces and decorations were assembled into two flat boxes, each containing three nail pieces and additional cute decorations.
• Step 8: Quality Check.聽A thorough quality check was conducted to ensure that all pieces were properly printed, painted, and assembled.
• Step 9: Packaging.聽The finished boxes were packaged and prepared for delivery to the tea shop.
