About Project
The client ordered a fine-detail badge resin print as a prototype for the King Without Kingdom in her fantasy. The badge is printed with a layer height of 0.025mm, and all the details including the fur, the flowers and the letters are formed quite well.
Solution
- Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the minimum details of the model. As it is small and has delicate details, we always print models like it with DLP or LCD technology.
- Step 2: Add supports and arrange the placement in the slicer software, then 3D print them with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
- Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
