About Project

Producing parts such as midsoles for sneakers has been the most successful footwear application for 3D printing. The material we use for midsole printing is DLP Rubber-like Resin. It's more elastic than DLP Flexible Resin that we previously published.

The characteristics of DLP Rubber-like Resin include high strength, high precision, high elasticity, high toughness, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, castability, etc. It has excellent detail performance and smoothness. Therefore we recommend it as the most suitable material for producing midsoles.

Solution

  • Step 1: We offer printing and 3D modeling services of low-volume and mass production of silicone-rubber midsoles. You can directly send us the STL files or scan data of your feet for 3D modeling. According to your needs and preferences, our engineers and designers can change the pattern of your soles.
  • Step 2: Add supporting structures and arrange the soles in the slicing software. Print the soles with our industrial DLP 3D printers. Then take out the soles from the chamber, wash them and post-cure with UV.
