About Project
A smart home company was developing a new home robot and required us printing it for their prototyping. We choose the FDM printing method with PLA.
Solution
- Step 1: The smart home company built the 3D model and we evaluated the feasibility.
- Step 2: We printed the shell and all the parts of the home robot with a FDM printer.
- Step 3: Support removal, polishing, electroplating, painting, and assembling.
