The cat paw keycap will make every touch with the keyboard feel like a high five with a real cat!
The transparent keycap base is produced with high-resolution DLP 3D printing technology.
The five pink pads are made of durable, elastic, clean and balanced silicone to provide a simulation feel and reliable quality.
Suitable for all MX cross-shaft mechanical keyboards. Available now in our Etsy shop.

Solution

• Step 1: Without the restriction of traditional molding technology, the design of the cat paw keyboard can be more three dimensional and lifesome.
• Step 2: 3D printed using DLP Ultra HD Clear Resin with a layer height of 0.05mm, the keycap bases are quite intricate. The clear resin we adopt is skin-friendly to the human body, and makes the keycap bases look fantastic on a backlit keyboard.
• Step 3: After printing, the keycap bases are sanded and polished by hand, then post-cured in the chamber. To make them durable under long-term use and sun exposure, we spray the keycap bases with UV oil. The thin oil coating also creates a more smooth and nice-looking finish.
• Step 4: 3D print the master patterns of the five pads and use them in the urethane casting process. The silicone is specially mixed and color-tuned to create the best touch for you.
• Step 5: Assemble the pink silicone pads onto the transparent keycap bases and fix with super glue.
